Roger is a founding partner of IRIS. He has over 40 years of comprehensive executive leadership experience and supports the company's strategic direction and leads the firm's board of directors.

Courtney is an experienced attorney with over 13 years’ experience of employment law and commercial litigation. She serves a critical role at IRIS managing consulting and partnership agreements.
