PROJECT
Provide support and maintenance of the synchronized baselines of the AHLTA and CHCS systems as the Military Health System (MHS) begins its transition to a new commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) electronic health records (EHR) system that will be implemented under the Defense Healthcare Management Systems Modernization (DHMSM) Program.

- Support of systems and interfaces that interact with AHLTA and CHCS which include: CDR, HBSS, AWP, DFAS, TMDI, JALFHCC, ABACUS, and E-Prescribing
- IRIS provided support services for Tier III level tickets including configuration and access control, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of MHS systems
IRIS recommended fixes, for Government approval, to sustain the AHLTA baseline - Helped coordinate to provide detailed information associated with trouble tickets in accordance with the approved Change Enhancement process, which included traceability from the source requirements to the test case and software release version
- Interface development, database interoperability, break-fix, security patches, advanced troubleshooting and repair of software malfunctions
- Maintaining AHLTA and CHCS systems as the Military Health System transitions to a new Electronic Health Record
- Supporting design, maintenance, and testing for AHLTA systems as well as security controls
- Coordinating architecture activities, requirements management, software development, and information assurance and security management
- Facilitating, coordinating, and integrating systems engineering for vendors and MHS staff
