ONC Patient Matching Algorithm and Linkage (PMAL) Project
PROJECT
Provided program management oversight for the ONC Patient Matching, Aggregation and Linking (PMAL) project funded by the Patient-Centered Outcome Research (PCOR) Trust Fund by assisting the PMAL PM with stakeholder engagement and collaboration, producing project reporting and presentations. Supported operations of the PCOR Patient Matching, Linking and Aggregation director & individual projects under the PMAL portfolio.

RESULTS
- Oversaw the day to day operations of the project including coordinating activities of five workstreams.
- Developed and hosted several public challenges for Blockchain Technologies use in healthcare, Patient Matching Algorithms and Data Provenance.
- Planned and executed the first ever Federal Agency Code-a-thon centered on distributed ledger technology
- Developed a project repository with built-in reporting mechanism for all 5 work-streams leading to increased efficiency, transparency and streamlined reporting; this was later adopted and expanded on to manage the ONC/Patient-Centered Outcomes Research (PCOR) Portfolio.
